Saskatoon, Winnipeg, the end

Saskatoon was a good time. The venue was an awesome punk bar and the kids were all wasted and taking part in the shirts off party.

We woke up the next morning and started the home stretch and stopped for one last night at the whorehouse in Winnipeg. The Winnipeg kids are amazing beyond words!! They had a party in our honor and it really felt like coming home! Free beers and the whoremoans played and we all got real sloppy.

The trek back home begins... No more shows, tour is officially over.

The sofistifucks would like to thank everybody that helped us out, gave us a place to crash and beers. We got to see this wonderful country and made so many friends and new fans along the way! LOTS OF LOVE!

Saskatoon, last show

Finally got our name right!!

Calgary round 2

Second time is always better then the first time. That's at least true of Calgary. Paint the damage was the opening band and just like all the other awesome bands we've played with, they killed it! This venue was much better then the first time around and there was actually a bunch of people at the show. Always puts a smile on our faces. Downey's brothers even came out to the show and we got to party with then afterward!

We drove 12 hours to Brendan Manitoba yesterday only to find out there was no show... Back up to Saskatoon today

The island

We set off for the island on Saturday to play in courtenay. Finally met up with the all mighty Hoon trash (who has been a huge help in organizing the tour and hooking us up with different bands). We stayed on a property that from my understanding used to be a hippy commune from the 70's that slowly got taken over by the island punks. This place was absolutely incredible... 100acres of old growth forest complete with tree houses, old abandoned cars in the woods, a river and an awesome huge bonfire after party! Made some awesome friends and we all promised to return soon.

The next night we played in Victoria with alcoholic white trash... Victoria legendary drunk punkers. Had a blast with all those guys and same as the previous night, made some great friends that we won't forget about.

Last nights show got cancelled because of some booking screw ups from the venue. We were pretty disappointed, but these kind of hiccups are excepted when on tour. Right now we are on route to Calgary and the Rockies are but a distant image in our rearview. SOFISTIFUCKS WILL BE BACK TO THE WEST COAST SOON!!!!!!

Vancouver: round 1

Vancouver Vancouver Vancouver!!!!! Last nights show made the long sleepless drives and all the bickering completely worth it. We played at funky Winkerbeans, which is in the heart of east Hastings, and what a show. Locals ATF killed it and the crowd was awesome!!!!! Definitely the funnest show of the tour yet!

We then went and had an after party at our good friend aneek's shop and she kicks ass! check the shops fb page and sign up for her punk rock pillates.

VANCOUVER!!!

We all had the night off yesterday, in van city(best city in the world) and had a chance to catch the meatmen!!!! Hung out with chai pig and listened to some kick ass tunes

Edmonton, round 2

Second time around was much cooler, played a sweet hole in the wall punk bar called DV8, which is very similar to our beloved 460! Two openers for the show, drunken idiots and R.C.D.P.

Finally got some band shots haha and Paul ripped his hand open because he was playing too "hardcore".
